New Day Assam is a classic morning tea. This is how breakfast tea is meant to taste! A rich, malty, and full-bodied enough to be drunk with milk. It's produced by Heritage Tea, a family-owned factory located in upper Assam that sources leaf from a network of small farms. This tea brews a deep copper colour with notes of plum, fig, and chocolate.
