Attitude of gratitude

Good morning, gang! Here’s Mudley’s Monday reminder, to start each day with a grateful heart.

Today, I’m grateful for gratitude. I’m thankful that I have so much in my life to be grateful for. After a wonderful weekend, my heart is fit to burst with love; it’s the most amazing feeling.

I wrote before about my gratitude journal, and I mention it again here, because it really does help me start each day with an ‘attitude of gratitude’ that permeates through everything. You can use a notebook or even your phone, but the important thing is to start, and pay attention to the little things – you’ll realise just how much you’ve got to be grateful for.
