In olden days rural China, you had to travel for days to get your hands on a sausage roll or any food other than rice, so the locals petitioned the government for more amenities and lo and behold, a Tesco local and a Greggs were built. And now they have sausage rolls on tap, along with the finest of microwave meals! Result!
This pretty Chinese style platter can be hung on your wall with your vintage plate collection or popped on your Mid-Century G-plan sideboard. Laugh as you see your friends and family do a double take! This plate comes signed by the artist.
This hand printed plate measures 24 cm in width, 30cm in length and weighs 800g. We recommend this is a decorative plate only and should not be used to serve up your sunday dinner.

I'm Haus Of Lucy, a contemporary multi-media artist. I am obsessed with marrying together the old fashioned and unloved with the contemporary, whether it's an oil painting, a ceramic figurine or a vintage plate.
Since quitting my old life as a magazine designer, I have worked with Adidas, Footlocker, Lazy Oaf, Primark and Greggs (I'm STILL waiting for that lifetime's supply of vegan sausage rolls).
I thrive on creating a contrast between old and new, urban and classic.
