Pivot Embroidered Flag
Pivoting has never felt so relevant in business, although it’s a quality and a skill that has always been vitally important. It’s also every small businesses superpower – the ability to pivot, swivel or adapt in a crisis, or cultural change.
We think all small businesses need a tiny pink flag to remind themselves of this important ‘P’ word. One that will serve to inspire on those days where change might need to happen in your business.
We’ve collaborated with Emma Giacalone to create this product. Emma creates positively inspiring textile items stitched with love.
A note from Holly…
This product was created in collaboration with X to feature in my book, Do What You Love, Love What You Do.
Every micro chapter within the book features a unique small business product which creatively captures the key takeaway. I truly believe in the power of small business and wanted to bring the pages of my book to life in a way never done before, and allow you to share in that magic too. Because, believe me, when you do what you love, you’ll want to wear it, have it in your home and shout it from the rooftops too!

Emma is a textile artist, living in a small market town in South Gloucestershire. Creating amazing freehand machine embroidery.
‘I have always been creative, but before having children worked in a corporate role in an office environment. I yearned for the opportunity to spend my time doing something I found to be a little more fulfilling, and whilst on maternity leave, I started experimenting with different creative techniques’
Emma’s work is truly unique and we have been huge fans of her’s at Holly & Co for sometime now. And are lucky to stock some wonderful keepsakes, including our wonderful Pivot Flag, as featured in Holly’s book, Do What You Love.
