It’s Friday and so often us small business bods push the weekend away to keep working BUT be careful with yourselves! In today’s bulletin, I’m tackling lockdown burnout – I’ve had so many interesting conversations with loved ones this week and it’s really got me thinking.
We have to put ourselves at the top of our to-do lists and my brilliant life coach Nicole reminded us this week of the importance of communicating how we feel. I am looking at how you can micro-manage, the importance of communicating your emotions, and above all, how to THRIVE not just survive.
I don’t know about you, but my emotions have been ALL over the place and it’s totally exhausting! We need to understand that we’re all going through a lot and everyone will be handling it differently, by taking the time to openly communicate and articulate our own emotions we can make sure our friends, family, colleagues and WE feel valued.
I want you to dust off who you really are, look for your purpose and passion, and please focus on what makes you happy. Understand what makes your soul shine and let it shine BRIGHT. It’s so essential to feel happiness and delight at this time, because the more you have, the more you will give to someone else who has less.
