Leaving behind a stressful corporate job and facing the challenges of long Covid, I needed change! Searching for a new path during a crazy, uncertain period, I immersed myself in food and used it to help in my path to recovery. I turned to organic, unprocessed food, including cereal, as I became more aware of the hidden "nasties" in some of the breakfast cereals we consume.

My granola-making hobby became an obsessive sourcing of the best ingredients and perfecting recipes. That's how Happy Heads Food Co. came to life.
