Since an early age, I have always been creative and believe that anyone can express themselves through art, which is why I love to teach what I do in the workshops I run.

I live with my husband, two children and three dogs who all keep me very busy when I’m not making jewellery! I love nothing more than sharing a cuppa with my rescue hens on a sunny day. I’m late wherever I go (much to everyone’s annoyance), love sticky rice and cherry beer and according to my friends, I’m the person who rescues worms from the pavement and is forever pulling over to pick up injured animals at the side the road!

Fired Rose is named after my Great Grandma Rose, who was killed with her husband and three sons by a bomb during World War II. It’s in her memory that the women in our family carry her name with them, with my own daughter named after her.

I created Fired Rose Jewellery with a vision to hand craft every day, wearable pieces that capture the essence of life’s moments and tell your story. I love the thought of my jewellery being your very own talisman to draw strength, protection, luck and contentment from.
