LJS is the project of ceramic artist, Lisa Jones, and her illustrator partner, Edward Underwood. Begun in East London at the turn of 2000, this stand alone stationery has been quietly sustainable since day-one.

Now based in a repurposed windmill on the edge of the South Downs, the couple take inspiration from the hedgehogs, foxes, slowworms, dragonflies, bats, bees, birds, bugs and butterflies that visit their ramshackle garden daily.

Alongside supplying some of the world's finest galleries, museums, boutiques and department stores with design-led goodies; LJS also have a list of collaborations and commissions for top clients including the V&A Museum, Melt Chocolates, Habitat, Japan’s Graphis and Nosy Crow.
