My name's Kate, and I'm based in rural Somerset. I trained with UK world chocolate master, Ruth Hinks, and initially began making chocolate novelties for children before extending the offering to chocolate flowers and decadent bites.

I'm proud to use beautiful compostable, recyclable or reusable packaging, and chocolate couveture from the Cocoa Horizons Foundation - an independent, non-profit organisation that aims to build self-sustaining, prosperous cocoa-farming communities that protect nature and children.
