We’ve collaborated with our good friends at Pilot Beer (an amazing craft beer brewery based in Leith, Edinburgh) to create a delicious hot sauce using flavours from their iconic Peach Melba Sour!

Peach, raspberry and just a hint of vanilla are combined with fruity scotch bonnet chillies in this unique, handcrafted hot sauce. You wont find another like it. Fruity, spicy and downright saucy. We suggest pairing with tacos, avocado toast and halloumi fries. This sauce also makes an excellent base for marinades and mayonnaise or can be used as a dip.

Ingredients: Peaches (Citric Acid), Onions, Raspberries, Cider Vinegar, Chillies, Vanilla Essence (Water, Monopropylene Glycol, Colour (Caramel E150a), Flavourings), Salt, Sunflower Oil.

Vegan Friendly.
