What is Club Holly & Co?
Club Holly & Co is the UK's most exciting and rather 'less ordinary' new loyalty programme. Members earn loyalty points that help them unlock exclusive rewards. There are three tiers and when you’ve earned enough points, you’ll move up into the next tier (until you reach the top), and the benefits get better each time.
To become a member, all you need to do is create a Holly & Co account. That’s it. No fuss, no cost — just sign up and you’re in.

What are the tier levels?
Club Holly & Co has three tiers: Supporter, Champion and Ambassador. Your points level determines your tier, as you earn points you'll move up through the tiers unlocking more perks as you go.
- Supporter: 0-249 points
- Champion: 250-999 points
- Ambassador: 1,000+ points
I am unable to create an account
If you have tried to create an account and have been told we're not able to set one up for you, this might be because you already have one. If you think that might be the case, try selecting ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ and look out for an email in your inbox (please also check your junk or spam folder too). If you don’t receive one, please contact customer support and we’ll do our best to get you sorted.
I already have a Holly & Co account. Do I need to create a new one to become a Club member or to earn rewards?
No – we’ve taken care of that for you! All customers with an active account have automatically been enrolled into Club Holly & Co. Simply sign in here to view your rewards.
Do I need to have spent anything to join Club Holly & Co?
Not at all. Joining Club Holly & Co is completely free — and from exclusive product drops to extra special content, there’s plenty to benefit from. Just create an account here to start in our Supporter Tier, and earn 1 point for every £1 you spend.

How can I see which tier I’m in?
We have three tier levels (Supporter, Champion and Ambassador) and the tier that you are in is shown in your account. Please log in here to view it.
How can I see which benefits are available in my tier?
Each tier gives you access to a range of Club Holly & Co benefits – from exclusive product drops or special discounts, to Holly’s brilliant surprise draws. You can view the full benefits for each tier here. You can also check your account page at any time to see your current tier and points level.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You will earn 1 loyalty point for every £1 you spend. Please note that when you place an order, it will take a few minutes to update your points and for your tier to be reflected in your account section but good things come to those who wait!
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my account?
Yes! Because we believe loyalty should always go both ways, we wanted to do something really special.
So anyone who has an existing account or who sets one up, will have all their past purchases credited with points, backdated all the way to when we launched in October 2023 (or valid from 2 years from the date they were earned). This is our way of showing huge respect and gratitude for standing by us from the get-go.
Just make sure you’re using the same email address so we can track your orders. When you first create your account, if you’ve shopped with us before (and your orders fall within that 2-year window), your points will already be waiting for you. Even if you checked out as a guest, we’ll still save your points to your account. Just log in next time using the same email address, and your points will appear.
How do I know how many points I have?
You can view your loyalty points total at any time by heading to your account page.
What do I get with my loyalty points?
With Club Holly & Co, your loyalty points unlock Club tiers, which in turn deliver a range of exciting benefits from exclusive product drops or special discounts, to Holly’s brilliant surprise draws and more.
Is there a limit to how many loyalty points I can earn?
No! You’ll always earn 1 point for every £1 spent. The more you shop with us and support small businesses, the more points you’ll collect – and once you reach our top tier, even more brilliant perks await.
Can I spend my loyalty points?
Points in Club Holly & Co aren’t ‘spent’ like they are in many traditional loyalty programmes. Instead, every £1 you spend earns you 1 point, and those points build up to help you unlock more tiers and access more exclusive benefits.
Along the way, you’ll also unlock special discounts. These are one-off discounts that you can spend at checkout, but your points themselves always keep building to reflect your tier.
When do points expire?
Points expire 2 years (730 days) after the date they were earned, and this works on a rolling calendar basis. For example, if you earn points on 1st October 2025, they’ll expire on 1st October 2027.
Any point received for purchases made before the launch of Club Holly & Co will expire 2 years from (16th September 2025).
What are Holly's brilliant 'surprise draws'?
We know people love surprises. So every now and then, our founder Holly will be treating our club members by entering you all into an extra special draw to win some wonderful prizes from our talented small businesses.
We’ll let you know when they are happening, what the prizes are and how many winners there will be but rest assured, they’ll be designed to send gigantic smiles from us to you.
Prizes will vary by tier and winners will be contacted by email. Good luck!

What are loyalty discounts?
Loyalty discounts are special one-off discounts (such as a 10% birthday discount) that you can use at checkout.
How do I see if I have any discounts available?
You’ll be able to see the discounts you have available in your ‘My Club Holly & Co’ account section. Each will have its own expiry date so it’s worth checking these regularly to make sure you don’t miss out.
How many times can I use a discount?
Each discount can only be used once (against one order only).
How do I apply my discounts?
Discounts will be available to see and use in the checkout section when you go to buy a product or products. Just make sure you log in before you checkout. There are no codes needed — you just apply the discount.
I have two or more loyalty discounts available. Can I use more than one of them against one order?
Unfortunately not. Only one loyalty discount can be used per order. They also cannot be combined with any other discount code.
How long are my discounts valid for?
Each loyalty discount has its own expiry date. You’ll see the expiry date in your account and at checkout (and it’s worth checking these regularly to make sure you don’t miss out).
Do I get a birthday discount?
You most certainly do! To be eligible for your birthday discount, you just need to enter your birthday date when you create your account. If it’s 30 days or more ahead of the date you set it up, we’ll add it to your account on your special day (just check the expiry code so you know how long it’s valid for and enjoy a treat on us).
If you add your birthday date and it falls within the next 30 days, your reward will be granted after a short delay (up to 30 days after).
Please note, we are unable to backdate birthday discounts (though we will send you a virtual cuddle and a wish for a truly wonderful year ahead).
How will I know when I’ve earned a new discount?
We’ll notify you by email whenever a new discount is added to your account so that you never miss out. You can also view any available rewards in your account.
Got a question about returns?
I want to return my order. What happens to my points?
To make it fair to those who spend, if you return your order, the points earned from the item/s refunded will be deducted from your account.
I reached a new tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my new tier?
If you reached a new tier level with your order, and now want or need to return it, the points earned for the items refunded will be deducted from your account. If your new points balance takes you below that tier threshold, you will move down into the lower tier.
I used a loyalty discount on my last purchase, but now I want to return it. Will I be able to use the discount again?
If you used a loyalty discount (for example, a 10% birthday discount) and then return the purchase/s, the discount will not be reapplied to your account.
