Small Business of the Year Award
This award was won by Revere the Residence who received a cash prize of £10,000, and the Runner-Up was Their Nibs who received £5,000.

Revere the Residence
Revere the Residence is a homeware and lifestyle social enterprise shop sharing products made by local independent makers plus creations made in-house by people with learning disabilities. Since they opened, founder Kate has employed over 50 people with a disability, helping to level the playing field.
Their Nibs
Creating whimsical, storytelling prints — all hand painted in-house — Their Nibs is a print-led design studio specialising in sleepwear with pockets for women and children. What’s more, 20% of the profits from their Children’s Collection is donated to the adoption charity, Coram.

Honeywell Bakes
Honeywell Bakes has a mission to bring planet friendly baking to everyone. Being environmentally conscious is at the heart of their business and they recently became B Corp certified. The goodness doesn’t end there. A percentage from every sale is donated to ‘1% for the Planet’.

The Positive Planner
The Positive Planner is home to the original mindful gratitude journal that inspires its owner towards better mental wellbeing through the use of positive affirmations, daily reflections and mindfulness activities.

Single Variety Co
Single Variety Co are makers of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams from their Bristol jam factory. Every product in their core range has won a Great Taste or Taste of the West award so it’s hardly surprising that they have hundreds of five-star reviews.

Air & Grace
Air & Grace create stylish & comfortable luxury women’s footwear. With their patented ‘Tender Loving Air’ comfort technology hidden inside, their shoes aim to make you feel like you’re walking on air.
Hazel Gardiner Design
Founded by Hazel who retrained after surviving a cancer diagnosis, Hazel Gardiner Design is a floral studio that champions sustainability. Hazel works to bring the power of nature to all, promoting diversity and aiming to change perceptions about who should take space within the industry. This year, she created the iconic letter installation for RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Hiro + Wolf
Inspired by a friendship between a Shiba Inu named Hiro and a rescue Terrier named Wolf, Hiro + Wolf creates comfortable and stylish accessories for cats, dogs (and their humans!). With a focus on fun, original designs, everything is handmade in the UK by their all-female team.
Present & Correct
Present & Correct is a shop for all those who love to revel in all manner of stationery and office supplies. With a unique and ever changing collection sourced from around the world, the shop is the result of nostalgia, obsession, joy and sharing.
Sew Your Soul
Founded by artist Lucy Sparrow in 2014 after the overnight success of her first major UK installation ‘The Cornershop’, Sew Your Soul creates art to boost mental health, to be enjoyed by fans around the world. The business now employs five full-time studio workers (AKA ‘Team Felt’).
