The smell of fresh coffee is a household must - in fact, coffee is a must!
The cafetiere as we know it was designed by Italian, Attilio Calimani in or around 1933. A timeless classic that combines function and design beautifully, as well as doing a cracking job of making fine coffee. A real show-stopper for your home - it would hang as easily in a bedroom as in the kitchen.
These drawings work well alone or hanging together as a group.
‘Cafetier’ is part of a collection of drawings called ‘Inkteriors’ which celebrate items in our homes that deliver again and again.
Each drawing will slightly differ to one another as they are all handmade.
This drawing is available in four different sizes:

Hello, I'm Sam.
My North Star is Observational Drawing,
I make works that invite lightness into our homes - an interesting line, an unexpected subject matter, humour and the 'slightly bonkers' are all very much part of my portfolio - along with a gorgeous aesthetic which is tip-top of the list..
We live in Suffolk, not far from the sea, my studio is in a secret part of the garden, it's a wonderful haven and clients love to visit me here.
In the summer months I run Drawing events and one-off art shows in my studio, in the winter months I work online delivering guided drawing events which are wonderful engaging, fun and inviting.
Last summer we bought a vintage caravan (called Bertha). She is more of a caravan-shop than a camping affair. We adore her - and so do those that meet us out on the road or follow our story over on socials.
It's lovely to meet you and I'm thrilled to be part of this special Holly & Co world.
