Harry's Billionaire Brownie is our own take on the classic 'millionaire shortbread' HOWEVER instead of a shortbread base we have used a gooey brownie base. This base is then topped with your choice of homemade caramel or salted caramel and a layer of crisp dark chocolate. It is rich, delicious, and a popular choice.
