Harry's Billionaire Brownie is our own take on the classic 'millionaire shortbread' HOWEVER instead of a shortbread base we have used a gooey brownie base. This base is then topped with your choice of homemade caramel or salted caramel and a layer of crisp dark chocolate. It is rich, delicious, and a popular choice.

Cocoa powder, DARK CHOCOLATE (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY lecithin (E322)), natural vanilla flavouring), UNSALTED BUTTER, EGGS, sunflower oil, light brown sugar, plain flour, sea salt, vanilla flavouring (water, propylene glycol, flavourings, colour: plain caramel).

UNSALTED BUTTER, DARK CHOCOLATE (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY lecithin (E322)), natural vanilla flavouring), cocoa powder, vanilla flavouring (water, propylene glycol, flavourings, colour: plain caramel), EGGS, caster sugar, plain flour, condensed MILK (whole milk, sugar), golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup; lyles golden syrup; sugarcane syrup), sea salt.

Due to the nature of the ingredients used at Harry’s all products may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, and sulphur dioxide.
