Discover the taste of the countryside in a bottle. Our Hitchin Honey Gin is a delicious London Dry, carefully distilled with 12 classic botanicals and infused with raw honey from our own family-run apiaries, all located within a 10-mile radius of Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
This beautifully balanced gin combines traditional juniper notes with a delicate honey sweetness, creating a smooth, versatile spirit that’s perfect for a simple G&T — or why not try it in a refreshing French 75?
Each bottle is hand-labelled, hand-dipped in wax, and lovingly packaged in plastic-free, recyclable and biodegradable materials — the perfect gift for gin lovers and bee champions alike.
We’re proud to be a small family business of beekeepers, and for every bottle sold, we pledge to plant one square metre of wildflowers in partnership with UK charity Buglife, helping to create vital habitats for pollinators across the country.

Appearance: Pale, Golden, Honey
Our hand-harvested, hand spun honey is what gives this unique gin its distinctive straw-like hues.
Bouquet: Juniper, Honey, Meadow Flower
A soft and delicate note of fresh, raw honey is the most prominent aroma. However, beautiful characteristics of bright yellow flowers and candied liquorice come through alongside the classic gin note of juniper.
Palate: Honey, Flowers, Sweet Spice
As with the initial characters on the nose, the first flavour you taste is our very own Cardona & Son honey. Its raw sweetness shines through, but is balanced by both the alcohol in the London Dry, and the natural acidity found in our raw honey. Gin’s classic note of juniper emerges as the gin leads into a long, dry, floral and sweet-spicy finish.
40% ABV I Handcrafted in the UK I Hitchin Honey Gin includes a base of classic London Dry gin botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, angelica seed, cardamom, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel, and bitter orange peel, which are then infused with 100% pure British Honey from our own beehives.
