One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak. We have remained loyal to the Caribbean Rhyme with our Island Punch.
Acknowledging the history of one of the oldest cocktails it’s created with the legendary Mount Gay from the World’s oldest running rum distillery. At the base of the cocktail is the light and oaky Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, sweet and sour notes come from lime juice and lemongrass cordial with spice and refreshing aromas from cardamom bitters and a black tea blend.
