A maritime-inspired gin with samphire, coriander and citrus notes, perfect for G&Ts or fish dishes. This 'Lobster' Gin from Gin In A Tin is crafted with juniper berries, angelica, and a botanical blend that creates a profile to complement seafood or a classic gin and tonic.
The tin is illustrated with a lobster on a sea blue background.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, bold green notes mingle with subtle citrus, leading to a citrus-infused body with refreshing nuances of samphire and a gentle touch of salt.
Serving Suggestion: Beyond being the perfect companion for a fish supper, our samphire gin transforms into a delightful G&T.
For a modern twist, pair it with a pink grapefruit tonic water and garnish with a grapefruit slice or a sprig of samphire.
