This sambal is deep and intense from dried red chilli, with sweetness from caramelised onions and tang from tamarind. Fab on eggs, stirred into noodles or with the classic Singaporean/ Malaysian nasi lemak (coconut rice). No artificial preservatives or flavourings. Made in small batches. Vegan friendly.
