Think chocolate orange flavours, but slightly more grown up. Our marmalade brownies are made using the finest 70% dark chocolate, Dutch cocoa & local free range eggs. The Dutch cocoa gives a deep rich extra indulgent flavour note, with hints of vanilla. The chocolate goes perfectly with the thin layer of old fashioned marmalade that runs through the centre. We top them with slices of fresh orange, as they bake the oils from the orange seep into the dark rich chocolate. These are a real taste of Christmas time.
