A modern, sturdy canvas picnic bag designed for outdoor adventures. The Henley Bag is a revival of a classic British design, first made by Putman & Sons of Henley-on-Thames, who stitched canvas marquees for the Henley Royal Regatta in the late 19th century. Using leftover tent canvas and rope, they created simple, sturdy bags for locals and visitors.
More than a century later, we’ve reimagined that design for life today, built to carry everything you need for days outdoors. Foldaway end pockets keep bottles upright, side compartments hold plates and boards, and a roomy main section takes care of the rest. From the banks of the Thames to the beaches of Northumberland, this is a bag made to travel well.
