Juniper trees are an ancient evergreen tree variety native to the UK. Their tasty berries are traditionally used as an aromatic to flavour gin and in game and pork dishes.

The Chocolate Detective works with cocoa farmers in Grenada and Ecuador, transforming cocoa from source into a unique collection of delightful and unusual chocolates.
