One ride turned into another, and we began to notice we had regulars. That’s when we realised this wasn’t just a sauce people liked—it was one they were asking for again and again.

Bon Mangé—founded by husband-and-wife duo Rochelle and Mandella—is a love letter to food, family, and their St. Lucian roots.
Born from a shared passion for bold flavors and warm island hospitality, Bon Mangé dishes up authentic St. Lucian cuisine with a modern twist and vibrant influences from across the Caribbean.
Every bite is a celebration of heritage, crafted to put St. Lucia on the culinary map and in the hearts (and mouths!) of food lovers everywhere.
