Decorum create hand decorated tiles at our studio here in Cornwall.
We take inspiration from everywhere – from the long tradition of blue and white Delft tiles from Holland to the glorious countryside and seascapes we call home and modern interior trends. If we love it, it’ll probably end up on a tile.
We hope to bring a breath of fresh air and serious dose of joy into the homes of our customers. In all honesty, we love what we do and hope you do too.

The story behind the business
Meet Decorum Tiles
Decorum was originally founded in Oxfordshire in 1992 by Raymond Koomen. Proudly family run for over 30 years, the studio relocated to Cornwall 5 years ago and hasn’t looked back.
We’ve taken the long heritage of tile-making both here and the continent, and brought it right up to date. Our Delft ranges are traditional looking but speak to what we and our customers love today. The studio is always working on quirky or interesting new designs and colour combinations.
Our priority is to make beautiful tiles that appeal to everyone.
We believe that our business should be a force for good. Through championing local artists, keeping our manufacturing as innovative and sustainable as possible and contributing to the communities around us, we aspire to contribute positively to the world around us and inspire other small business to do the same.
