Hello! I’m Nadim; designer/maker of minimalist leather goods. My journey with godi started in 2014 with a vision to create Timeless yet Modern leather pieces with Minimalism at the heart.
In 2019, I officially launched my first collection after leaving my full-time career as an Occupational Psychologist.
My designs are inspired by elements of Modern Architecture and Positive Psychology with an intention to bring a sense of Joy and Peace through my pieces.

Tired of overcomplicating things? So was I. The last thing we need to complicate is our wallet or bag.
I started godi. with the intention to really simplify our everyday essentials. Luckily – I was born into a family of Leatherworkers and Tailors (Dad & Mum) - so I guess 'making' was in my blood. I quickly learnt my way around sewing which really helped with everything I do today.
Each of my pieces are made in my studios where I maintain an element of minimal machine work and strive for immaculate craftsmanship above anything else.
I only use Full Grain Cow Leather. This top tier leather is known for its durability and longevity. I’m entirely zero-waste where every part of the leather is used.
My hides are also dyed in house to create a unique colour story inspired by Positive Psychology and my personal journey with colour.
