The story behind the business
Meet Harry Specters

It all started with a love of chocolate, a need to help autistic people, and a crazy idea.

Harry Specters was founded by Mona, and inspired by her autistic son, Ash. Like most parents of autistic children, Mona, and her husband Shaz, constantly worried about Ash's future. Speaking to the parents of other autistic children, they knew this worry was shared.

Being a keen baker and a lover of all things chocolate, it was while Mona was browsing a chocolate shop in Scotland during a family holiday that inspiration struck, and she discovered a perfect way of combining her passion for creating positive change for autistic people, with her love for chocolate.

In every piece of Harry Specters chocolate is the promise that it has improved the life of autistic people and their families through paid employment, free work experience, and free training opportunities.
