Hello! I'm Liz, founder of In Crust We Trust.
After being the Head Chef at a Suffolk Country Pub for 3 years I decided it was time to move on and follow my one true passion, pastry.
Setting up in my home kitchen and rolling pastry for days on end is truly where I want to be and I’m a firm believer that everything tastes better wrapped in pastry.
The story behind the business
Meet In Crust We Trust
After finding my passion for working with pastry I started selling pies to friends and family, which then extended throughout the region, supplying for events and then onto market stalls and farmshops.
I then decided to offer out personalised pies through the post to see how far it would go and I've now supplied from Penzance to Fyffe!
