INKKIN arose from two decades of design experience within Corporate Identity, Packaging Design, and Branding, sparking a growing concern of single-use plastic waste.
After relocating from London to raise a young family surrounded by the forests and rolling countryside of Nottinghamshire, I started to notice a countrywide increase in litter along our British hedgerows. I was inspired to initially look for simple lifestyle swaps for plastic free alternatives.
The guilt of using plastic tape on my children's presents during Christmas 2022 drove me to design visually striking alternatives that reduce plastic waste while enhancing parcel aesthetics.
