First founded in October 2016, the MABLI brand was created by Welsh fashion designer Lisa Roberts. Originally from Wales, Lisa has extensive experience in the fashion industry, specifically in knitwear. She had always dreamed of having her own brand, and the birth of her second child, while living in the Brecon Beacons area of Wales, inspired her to launch MABLI. The brand reflects her love for Welsh heritage, drawing on traditional Welsh tapestry blankets and incorporating these influences into the designs.

MABLI offers clothing for children, adults, and home wear, emphasizing sustainability and a slow approach to fashion. As a brand, we use beautiful Italian-spun yarns, including 100% extra-fine Merino wool, linen, and organic Pima cotton. We are renowned by our customers for eclectic, vintage-inspired designs that place high-quality craftsmanship at the forefront and are heavily influenced by Welsh culture.
