Transforming spaces with beautiful blown glass chandeliers and lighting.

Inspired by the beauty of blown glass spheres, Roast Designs has created a range of stunning contemporary chandeliers and lighting. We have been designing and making these contemporary, beautiful chandeliers in our London studio since 2005. Roast Designs was founded by Karen with the intention of creating a collection of sculptural chandeliers that were just as lovely unilluminated. Back in 2005 statement lighting seemed to be fall into two distinct camps: traditional chandeliers or uber modern pieces generally in neutral colours, synthetic materials and geometric shapes. We wanted to create something softer, more organic and with the possibility of colour!

When the chandeliers are illuminated they project beguiling shapes and colours onto surrounding ceiling and walls but unlit they are beautiful places to rest the eye and change character depending on the light in the space, the time of day and whether the weather is sunny or overcast.
