Working with a small team of artisan British papermakers, our brand champions the heritage craft of papermaking, a craft which is critically endangered in this country, whilst simultaneously seeking to reduce waste and to support our pollinators.
We source our materials locally and sustainably, using post-consumer waste wherever possible, and are proud to be a carbon negative business.

A few favourite PIECEs
We launched Ruby & Bo in 2019 following the birth of our second child. Having spent 15 years working in the gifting sector, I was increasingly frustrated by the enormous waste generated by the greeting card industry.
Together with my partner Rob, a graphic designer by trade, we decided to develop an eco-friendly alternative using locally sourced wildflower seeds, hand mixed to support bees and other pollinators.
Initially launching with a range of handcrafted plantable cards, we have ventured further into the world of eco-friendly paper goods with a growing (no pun intended!) range of notebooks, wrapping paper and paper tape, all expertly made in Britain.
We proudly operate a 100% sustainable business, using truly ‘green’ materials and post-consumer waste, and we reinvest a portion of our profits in environmental schemes, such as tree planting.
