Small batch artisan stoneware pottery hand made in my log cabin studio in Somerset.
I create functional pottery that feels delicious to hold in your hands. Hand thrown on Betty my pottery wheel my pots are very tactile, you can feel the artisanal making processes in each one.
My work is inspired by inspiring words, my love of nature and the beautiful Somerset countryside where I live.
My pottery is decorated by either imprinting flowers into the clay or free painting flowers, birds or fungi and are finished in my range of unique hand mixed glazes.

Hi I'm Deborah
I studied ceramics a long time ago and in 2019 I decided to finally pursue my dream of running my own pottery studio. I feel so very lucky to be able to do what I love every day creating pots, combining my two favourite things; clay and nature.
As someone that has struggled with anxiety all my life, I love to add thoughtful inspiring words to my work using wooden stamps. I truly believe that empowering words can lift your mood I think its a great way to start your day with words like 'keep going' on your coffee mug.
