Alphabet Illustrated Wallpaper

A playful, hand-drawn design for imaginative children’s rooms. This illustrated alphabet wallpaper is filled with animals, objects, characters and curiosities from A to Z, designed to make children’s rooms feel imaginative rather than overly “childlike”. It combines vintage-inspired illustration with a soft warm neutral background.

Look closely and you’ll discover everything from a goldfish, zebra and horse to a mermaid, jelly, lemons, playing cards and a rather regal Queen, with colourful letters scattered throughout. It’s a wallpaper children can keep discovering as they grow.

The hand-drawn quality gives the design a wonderfully individual, collected feel, while the warm peachy-neutral ground means it works beautifully with both bold and traditional interiors. Pair it with painted woodwork, vintage furniture and striped or checked textiles for an eclectic children’s room.

Designed by Découpé and made to order in England, this is a unique alternative to standard nursery wallpaper.
