A set of three brass pattern and paper weights with a vintage nautical design. My ‘Anchors Aweigh’ design includes a ship with two anchors and is made from repurposed solid brass plumbing parts. They are hand polished and stuffed with Shetland felt and super soft British lambswool so they can also mind any stray pins and needles.
The weights come delicately wrapped in vintage sewing pattern tissue and fit snugly in a circular box with a fabric printed lid. They are satisfying to handle, with an industrial feel and a nod to vintage cotton reel labels.
