Crafted for bold palates, our Black Garlic Vodka brings a savoury twist to classic cocktails. It is distilled in small batches with black garlic, smoky lapsang souchong and toast. Black garlic is slow roasted for weeks which removes the heat and leaves it with a sweet yet umami flavour with hints of balsamic vinegar.
"Black Garlic Vodka has a bold roasted garlic nose with lots of robustness in its aroma and is sweet and layered on the palate with an umami backbone." - Great Taste Awards 2021
It is perfect in a Bloody Mary or a savoury Martini.
