Founded in 2019 in the Wye Valley, Silver Circle Distillery began with a belief that creativity and craft can flourish outside the city. On a working farm in rural Monmouthshire, we create spirits inspired by wild landscapes, local growers and the people who call this place home.

Our Wye Valley Gin uses foraged botanicals, while our Welsh Aquavit blends Nordic roots with Welsh flavour. We enjoy pushing boundaries too, from Black Garlic Vodka to our award-winning Ultimate Bloody Mary in a soup can.

Sustainability is key: we refill, reuse and grow ingredients on site. Each product is made with imagination and a strong sense of place. Through tours, gin-making, street food nights and seasonal celebrations, we’re building a destination that supports community, champions local talent and invites visitors to experience something genuine.
