Brisca is a complex, satisfying non-alcoholic cocktail made with Botivo, perfect for aperitif moments. It was born from a collaboration with Positive Drinks Co, who asked us to craft a signature cocktail for their non-alcoholic bottle shop. Their brief was a short, old-fashioned-style drink built around Botivo, a non-alcoholic aperitif they love.
We rose to the challenge and created Brisca, a layered, old-fashioned-style cocktail. Try it and discover the depth of a well-made non-alcoholic cocktail.
