Bramble And Bay Leaf Jam: Rich dark fruit weaved together with the indulgent intensity of bay.
The inspiration for this jam came when Sarah was cutting the hedge at the bottom of her garden. It was entwined with brambles so as she was enjoying a few rewarding fruits she was cutting back some bay. The soothing aroma of the bay combined with the sweet taste of the brambles and there it was: Bramble and Bay was born.
