Product includes 5 bread mixes so you can enjoy Pizza night on Monday, a freshly baked loaf on Tuesday, Flatbread lunch on Thursday, Focaccia Friday and baguette sandwiches on Sunday.

Don't worry if your not much of a carbivore, kits last up to 6 months!

Kitty's Kit Ingredients:
- Wrights magic Strong white bread flour (gluten),salt (1.5%) ,dried yeast (0.5%).
- All VG and British

Method:
1. Pour all your ingredients into a large bowl and either with a spoon, your hands or a dough hook, mix into a shaggy dough. Pop a cloth over the top and leave for 10+hrs in a cosy corner.

2. Lightly flour your work surface, scoop out the dough and like a sleeping bag, roll into a log. Slip into a non-stick baking tin and prove for 1-2 hrs. Preheat the oven to 200c.

3. Bake for 40 mins until golden brown, then leave to cool on a rack for 30 mins before cutting thick slices and slathering with butter!
