A celebration of Summer; our British Strawberry Jam is fresh and juicy with a sweet caramel finish.

For a refreshing frozen strawberry daiquiri: add a generous dollop, or two of our strawberry jam to 500gm fresh strawberries, 200gm ice, 100ml rum (or vodka), 1 tbsp Puckett's Strawberry Jam (add a bit more if you prefer it sweeter) and juice of half a lime.
