Need to Know
  • Approximately 40cm in diameter, measured from leaf tip to leaf tip.
  • Constructed on a 30cm wire wreath frame.
  • Each pair of ceramic ivy leaves is formed and fired onto wire, then finished with a verdigris glaze, with copper highlights formed during firing from the glaze.
  • The individual wired leaves are arranged and secured by hand to create the full, layered wreath.
  • Finished with a wired red velvet ribbon bow edged with green lamé.
  • As every wreath is handmade, the arrangement of the leaves and the exact character of the glaze will vary slightly.

Bring a little evergreen magic to your home with this handmade Ceramic Ivy Leaf Wreath.

The wreath is formed from an abundance of individually made ceramic ivy leaves, each impressed with delicate veining and glazed in a beautiful verdigris colour with highlights of metallic copper. The combination creates the wonderfully weathered appearance of aged copper, while the overlapping leaves give the wreath a rich, three-dimensional quality.

Finished with a generous red velvet ribbon edged in shimmering green, it makes a striking Christmas decoration for a door, wall or mantelpiece. Ivy is traditionally associated with fidelity, friendship and enduring life, making this a particularly lovely piece to bring out year after year.

Every wreath is made and assembled by hand, so small variations in the positioning, glaze and copper highlights are part of its individual handmade character. As the leaves are ceramic, we recommend displaying the wreath somewhere sheltered from strong winds, knocks and severe weather.
