Whole Cornish Sardines preserved in our delicious, aromatic, chilli infused extra virgin olive oil. Serve simply on toast or tossed through pasta with olives, dried oregano and lemon.

Every tin of our British Conservas is made entirely by hand in our small craft cannery in Dorset. From carefully preparing the fish to packing and preserving each can, every step is done with care, creating a perfectly balanced can.

We work only with seasonal seafood, sourced through ethical and sustainable practices. This means we follow nature’s pace, not shortcuts, which can sometimes lead to longer wait times on delivery. Please be aware of this when ordering.
