Description

An open edition fine art giclee print from my original painting on vintage rulers 'Feet and Inches'
Inspired by my love of all things vintage especially old school rulers, this kiwi polish advertising ruler wrote it's own story, celebrating the back to school ritual of polishing up the school shoes.
'Feet and Inches', a playful print perfect for any one who never got to grips with metric and works brilliantly in any space, a great addition to a boot room.
A quirky gift for any hardworking teachers out there.

Chester-le-street, co durham

I am an artist living and working in County Durham, combining my passion for painting with my love of timeworn school artefacts.

Happiest in my home studio creating colourful oil paintings on old time worn objects. Inspired by timeless narratives of childhood, handstands, cartwheels, push-along toys, sports and much more, are recurring themes in my work. Matched with lively titles that resonate on many levels, my paintings bring interest and energy to any space.
