A giant jar of zesty Amalfi Lemon Marmalade, perfect for breakfast lovers and gifting. This Double Gold Award winner at the World Artisan Marmalade Awards 2025 is made with fresh Amalfi lemons. They’re large, very fragrant, sweet and a little sour, perfect for this member of our marmalade family.
All the lemons are sliced to a thin shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans.
The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one. A whopping 1.13kg of marmalade to be precise (that's over 5x regular jars!).
