Gold Glitter Ruffle Party Hat

Our party hat is made from a gold glitter, double layered, vinyl fabric base. The ruffles are made from soft 100% polyester tulle and finished with velvet ribbon chin tie and tinsel Pom Pom on top of the hat.

All of our products are hand made and made to order.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for me to make your lovely
order. Our soft tulle fabric comes from Sweden, so can take up to 5 working days to get here.
