This is it folks! The much anticipated, much coveted original south asian dessert has awakened in delectable biskut form. Deconstructed and reformed with all the classic flavours of cardamom, milk and rose, our gulab jamun biskut gets its sweetness from unrefined sugars and is enriched with a saffron infused milk.

Ingredients: white spelt flour*, homemade ghee*, butter*, unrefined cane sugar, milk powder, saffron infused whole milk, pistachios, rosewater, ground cardamom, jaggery, baking soda, salt
