Our Kalinjot Pure extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is fresh and characterful, with notes of tomato and tomato leaf plus a confident peppery kick.

The bitterness is well balanced, keeping this EVOO rounded and versatile.

In terms of flavour intensity, it sits in the middle of our collection, characterful yet easy to reach for every day.

It’s a single varietal EVOO made from Kalinjot olives grown in Albania’s Berat region.

Kalinjot Pure is independently laboratory tested and certified as extra virgin olive oil, with low acidity and naturally high olive oil polyphenols.

When stored away from heat and light, extra virgin olive oil remains in good condition for eighteen to twenty-four months after harvest. The most vibrant flavour and highest antioxidant levels are present within the first twelve to eighteen months.
