Infused with calming Lavender and Orange essential oils and highly absorbable magnesium, our Magnesium Body Mist is designed to help you unwind before bed. Suitable for adults and children over five (using half the dosage), this mist offers a calming touch for a peaceful night’s sleep.
To encourage deep, restful sleep, simply apply 2-3 sprays on the inner elbows or behind the knees, where the skin is thinner. For muscle relaxation, apply 8-10 sprays to areas of tension, massaging gently to soothe and ease fatigue.
