A vibrant blend of ripe mango and sweet pineapple, this preserve is a burst of tropical sunshine in every spoonful. Made from fresh fruit and no artificial additives, it’s a versatile addition to breakfasts, desserts, or cheese boards.
These preserves are made from my cordials, with the majority of the water strained from the preserve. Each 200g jar is hand-filled, labelled and batch-numbered in my kitchen.
