Your home gym does not have to involve a lot of expensive equipment. It is amazing what you can do with a piece of rope and some inspiration (I have even made a living out of that, but that is another story...)
When it comes to skipping ropes I have been a traditionalist, and love my beautiful skipping rope made of a cotton rope, however when I tried some of the more modern versions, it made me look like a pro! They come in all sizes and weights, so of course we needed a way of organising them...
Anybody who gets the jumping rope bug will know that one skipping rope simply is not enough, so these wall-hung skipping rope holders will keep them all organised and ready to use any time you feel like skipping. It is a little gym you can put anywhere!
And if you have not been skipping since childhood, give it a go. There are lots of challenging workout programmes online you can try, but mostly just have a giggle and see if you can get to 100 skips in one go!
