We don't want to make chocolate at any cost; it is important to us that we do no harm in making it. We go to great lengths to ensure all of our packaging is plastic free and can easily be recycled or biodegrade once finished. We only use chocolate, cocoa and sugar that is fair-trade and/or organic, so a little treat does as little harm as possible and, perhaps, even a little good.
